CANCELLATION POLICY FOR FULL PREPAID BOOKINGS
If you cancel your booking 48 hours or more before pick-up, you will be refunded in full. less than 48 hours before pick-up, you won't receive any refund. No refund will be applied for unused rental days. you cannot cancel your booking if your rental has Already started. You can cancel your Booking in the ,,My Bookings section or by sending a cancellation email to [email protected]
You did not inform us abot the cancellation of your booking prior to your pickup. You failed to pick up the car at the arrenged time and date. You fail to provide the documentation that is required to pick the car up. You failed to provide a credit card with the main driver's name printed on it. *In all of these cases, you will receive no fund of the money you have paid. The car rental company receives the right to refuse the car any customer who fails to arrive a the schedule time and date with all necessary documentation and a credit card in the main driver's name with enough available funds for the car's deposit.
1. You can amend your booking in the ,,My booking '' section at the website at least 48 hours before your rental is due to start. 2. Please note if you decide to amend your booking you will be charged an AMENDMENT Fee of 18.00 USD. if you have purched Cancel Protactionyou can amend your booking without Amendment Fee up until 1 hour before the scheduled pickup. 1. Please note that any amendment such as amendment of pickup or drop-off location, car group, rental period, and driver's personaldetails may affect the rental price which may be different from what you you paid initially. 1. please note that: price are based on the pick-up and drop-off times and dates that you arrenged before your rental starts. If you pick-up the car any later or bring it back any ealier, you will not receive a rental refund for unused hours or days.
